You all have brought smiles and tears to me over the past couple of days in reading and sharing with your memories of your friend and fellow hasher......I never really understood the club, I just know that the couple of times that I met Rob, his toenails were a pretty purple and he did have a mesmorizing grin on his face.........my time's with Rob were in the company of his daughter Aslin, and with Aslin I will enjoy the fond memories........be it the time I watched his patient way of helping her with her homework, or the day we all took a swim in the "super" pool and he lovingly coached her with her swimming..all the while being protective of her well being.....It is through his daughter, his brother, his mom and dad, and other family members, his hasher buddies, that we will all feel the spirit of Rob.......I thank Rob for leaving a beautiful child for us to share....it is through Aslin, that we will all have a piece of him forever.......I only hope that it is appropriate for me to say at this time......on_on Robert......and to Aslin.....we love you sweetie.....your innocent smile will bring a touch to all of our hearts as you continue to grow.......be strong little lady....... |
